Massage Travel Neck Pillow

Incorrect product sent. Numerous emails and messages on socials sent and not one response. Now left with an item I do not want. I Will not be purchasing from this site again

I sent emails asking for a rough delivery date as item ordered in plenty of time. Sadly zero acknowledgement. Pillows were gifts and recepients were happy with them. Such a shame communication let the company down

I pressed the button severally immediately I received the package but the massage feature never worked. It’s a neck pillow with a button but it doesn’t actually massage. Not even a single vibration.
